Proposals Overview

Researchers at the University of Oregon submitted a total of 973 proposals in FY17 requesting a total of $163 million in first-year funding. Of the 973 proposals, 72.5% of the submissions were for new funding and 66% involved federal or federal flow-through funding. The UO's proposal activity is evidence of an increasingly complex research portfolio and reflective of a dedicated and talented faculty that is making important contributions across a growing number of fields.
