Research Compliance Services (RCS) is available to support you in starting the new academic year. For researchers and instructors who guide student research, RCS has provided helpful tips that may be useful to you:
- Take advantage of RCS trainings tailored to your needs (e.g., one-on-one, presentations to classes/programs that may have student research expectations, access online trainings). Instructors, schedule now for presentations to your classes!
- New UO researchers and students who conduct human subject research, learn how to become CITI (Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative) certified with RCS.
- Continuing researchers, check to see if you need to refresh your CITI training or renew your Conflict-of-Interest Declaration.

Research Compliance Services (RCS) is a service unit within the Office of the Vice President for Research and Innovation. RCS supports and protects the interests of the University, faculty, staff, students and research subjects in research compliance matters which includes training and education in research ethics and research compliance and protecting the rights and welfare of human subjects in University of Oregon research
