Responsible Conduct of Research (RCR) at the UO

Training in the Responsible Conduct of Research (RCR) should be part of any undergraduate and graduate student’s educational experience and post-doc’s professional development. Indeed, RCR training is a requirement of most NSF and NIH awards. Staff from Research Compliance Services will review the basic tenets of a robust RCR training plan; explain RCR requirements of NSF and NIH awards; identify the options and resources available to UO faculty who are charged with ensuring RCR training is satisfied by their students and post-docs; and cover RCR training resources available to students and post-docs. This session is appropriate for all researchers—undergraduate and graduate students, post-docs, faculty—and staff who support research at the UO.

Fall 2020 session will be held  Friday, November 13, 12-1:30 pm

Registration is available through MyTrack or by emailing
