Human Subject Research Involving Children & Teens – The Basics

This session is designed to support students, faculty and staff who currently involve or are interested in involving children and/or teens as participants in research. Staff from Research Compliance Services (RCS) will review ethical considerations, best practices for research on minors, and discuss the basics of the Institutional Review Board (IRB) review process. The session will provide researchers with ample opportunity to ask questions about individual research projects.  ​
