A Note About Gender: We intend for the words "women" and "woman" to include anyone who identifies with the word. We recognize that gender is a broad spectrum, and we aim to celebrate everyone on this spectrum. We always welcome allies and accomplices to join us.
Caroline Cummings co-founded and served as CEO of two technology startups, raising close to $1 million for her ventures. She has helped many other entrepreneurs raise millions in capital. She has also personally invested in twenty-one startup companies and was instrumental in recruiting more women to join angel and venture funds in Oregon.
Caroline credits her success today to her ability to step outside of her comfort zone. As the CEO of RAIN, she leads a team of nineteen entrepreneurially minded individuals who provide outreach and support to small and rural communities globally.
Caroline coaches and mentors underrepresented entrepreneurs and builds strategic partnerships where the goal is to reduce barriers to starting a business. Her biggest passion is mentoring "the underdog" and providing opportunities to people who are bold enough to step outside their comfort zones to explore and share their talents with the world.
