Oregon Research Development Network

The Oregon Research Development Network (ORDN), established in 2020, is a regional group comprised of sponsored programs and research development professionals from colleges and universities across the state. ORDN represents various institution types—including research comprehensive and predominantly undergraduate institutions. All members of the network play some role in helping faculty apply for competitive funding at their respective institutions.

The network was created to make Oregon, which is comparatively small in terms of research and economic development, more competitive for different kinds of grants, help our faculty network across the state, and build the research enterprise in general.

The network aims to provide professional development, networking, and training opportunities that benefit network members and faculty researchers at all network institutions.
