Research Analytics Services

About Us

Research Analytics Services offers data support to the Office of the Vice President for Research and Innovation (OVPRI) administrative units, executive leadership, and colleges across the university. We provide support aimed at facilitating data-driven decision-making and operational enhancements. Research Analytics Services reports to the Associate Vice President for Research Operations.

Our Services

  • Provide comprehensive data support, including analysis, report development, metrics, and related services to internal stakeholders, to guide strategic decision-making and support faculty research goals.
  • Conduct single audit reporting and reconciliation for the Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards (SEFA), ensuring compliance to the federal government.
  • Provide research data for external surveys and initiatives such as the NSF HERD survey and the NIH BRDPI survey, contributing to broader research community efforts.
  • Manage access to IDR (Cognos) for OVPRI.
