Our Animal Welfare Services (AWS) unit provides staff and organizational support to the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC) to ensure that vertebrate animal research at the UO occurs in an efficient, compliant manner. AWS works with the UO research community to ensure the responsible and ethical conduct of research with vertebrate animals.
